The Body Refinery uses an online booking system, called MindBody, which lets you see our live timetable (see below) and book from your computer or phone.
Please download our App to book and manage easily your next Pilates or Fitness classes as well as your Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Myotherapy or Remedial Massage appointment from your phone.
If you would like to book a class, please create a profile (here) for yourself by following the prompts. You will require active credits to book a class.
Please note, our cancellation timeframes and fees are:
- Appointments: to avoid paying a 50% late cancellation fee, if you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (regardless of the reason).
- Classes: to avoid paying a 100% late cancellation fee, if you need to cancel, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice (regardless of the reason).
